360° Retirement is operated by EazyBudget(“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our retirement planning service at 360R.eazybudget.com.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

We use your information only to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Run financial projections and calculations you request
• Send you transactional emails (magic links, account notices)
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your financial data to train AI models, sell to data brokers, target advertisements, or share with any third party for marketing purposes.

The “Ask AI” and What-If analysis features send a summary of your retirement scenario (balances, income sources, spending targets, and selected assumptions) to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate personalized recommendations.

This data is transmitted securely, used only to generate your response, and is subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. We do not send your name, email, or any directly identifying information to the AI service.

Your data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud database provider. We implement:

• Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest: Database storage is encrypted using AES-256
• Row-level security: Database policies ensure you can only access your own data — even our support team cannot see your financial data without explicit access granted by you
• No password storage: We use passwordless authentication (Google OAuth and magic links) — we never store passwords

While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique email password and enable two-factor authentication on your Google account.

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI features) — each bound by data processing agreements
• Advisor sharing: If you generate a share link, the recipient can view a read-only version of your plan — you control this and can revoke access at any time
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy

We never sell your personal information.

We use session cookies solely for authentication (to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services that sell data.

We may use basic analytics (page views, feature usage) stored in our own database to improve the Service. This data is not shared with advertising platforms.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via your account settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account
• Portability: Export your financial plan data at any time
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@eazybudget.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Note: The “Kids & Grandkids” feature in Household Settings collects names and birth years of minors solely for the purpose of estate planning calculations within your retirement plan. This information is associated with your adult account and used only for that purpose.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact support@eazybudget.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
