Terms of Service

By accessing or using 360° Retirement at 360R.eazybudget.com (the “Service”), operated by EazyBudget(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

360° Retirement is a personal retirement planning application that helps individuals model their retirement finances, including portfolio projections, Roth conversion strategies, Social Security optimization, tax estimates, real estate modeling, and related financial planning tools.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals planning for their own retirement. All projections and calculations are estimates based on assumptions you provide and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes.

The Service is an educational and planning tool only. Nothing on 360° Retirement constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All content, projections, and calculations are provided for informational and illustrative purposes.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making any financial decisions based on information generated by the Service. EazyBudget is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm.

To access the Service you must create an account using Google OAuth or a magic-link email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all financial data and personal information you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and protect your information.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to provide financial planning services to third parties for compensation without our written consent

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by EazyBudget and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it for personal planning purposes.

The Service uses third-party providers including Supabase (database and authentication) and Anthropic (AI-powered analysis features). Use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PROJECTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR REFLECT ACTUAL FUTURE OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZYBUDGET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
